The idea of the show is to travel with Ganga and its major tributaries like the Alaknanda, Yamuna & Gandak to cover various heritage rich destinations along the banks of these rivers. While part 1 of ‘Rag Rag Mein Ganga’ spread the message of river pollution, part 2 focuses on crucial issue of water conservation.

The mesmerizing & inspiring ‘Rag Rag Mein Ganga’ The show has been brought back by Doordarshan, in association with National Mission for Clean Ganga, NMCG. Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur, Minister of Jal Shakti Gajendra Singh Sekhawat and Minister of State for Jal Shakti Prahlad Singh Patel today launched the Season-2 of ‘Rag Rag Mein Ganga’.
